This Privacy Policy describes how AgentsData AI, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use Donezy (the "Service"), an AI-powered executive assistant for real estate agents. Donezy is a product of Clozee AI and is accessible at clozee.ai.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Information We Collect

a. Account Information

When you create an account or use our Service, we collect:

• Full name and email address
• Phone number
• Real estate license number and state of licensure
• MLS membership information (MLS name, member ID)
• Brokerage affiliation

b. Deal and Property Data

In the course of providing our Service, we collect and process:

• Property addresses and listing details
• Deal context and transaction notes
• Contact information for parties involved in deals (listing agents, buyers, etc.)
• Showing schedules and feedback
• Buyer Agent Commission (BAC) information

c. Communication Data

• Messages and instructions you send to the AI assistant
• Emails and SMS messages sent or received on your behalf
• Communication history and conversation logs

d. Technical Information

• IP address, browser type, and device information
• Usage logs, feature interactions, and session data
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies

• Provide AI-powered assistant features, including drafting and sending emails and SMS messages on your behalf
• Coordinate showings, manage schedules, and optimize routes
• Look up property listings and BAC information through MLS data sources
• Manage deal context, contacts, and transaction workflows
• Verify your real estate license and MLS membership
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Improve the Service, fix bugs, and develop new features
• Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Donezy. Each processes certain data on our behalf:

• Supabase — Database hosting and user authentication. Stores account data, deal information, and application state.
• OpenAI — AI language processing. Your messages and deal context are sent to OpenAI to generate assistant responses and actions. OpenAI does not use this data to train their models under our agreement.
• Twilio — SMS message delivery. Phone numbers and message content are shared for sending and receiving text messages.
• Stripe — Payment processing. We share your email and payment information with Stripe to process subscription payments. We do not store credit card numbers.
• Google — When you connect your Google account, we access your Gmail and Google Calendar to send emails and manage scheduling on your behalf. We store encrypted OAuth tokens but not the content of your entire inbox.
• DocuSign — When connected, we facilitate e-signature workflows. We do not store signed documents.
• Dotloop — When connected, we interact with your transaction management workspace. We store OAuth tokens and minimal metadata.

We do not share your personal data for advertising purposes.

6. AI Processing

Donezy uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, draft communications, and perform actions on your behalf. You should know that:

• Your messages and deal context are processed by AI models to generate outputs
• AI-generated content is based on the information you provide and your authorized integrations
• We do not use your data to train public AI models without your explicit consent
• AI outputs are shared only as necessary to perform the actions you have authorized

7. Data Security

We take the security of your data seriously and implement the following measures:

• All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL
• OAuth tokens for connected services are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM
• Database access is protected by row-level security policies
• Access controls follow the principle of least privilege
• We maintain audit logs for security monitoring and compliance

While we employ industry-standard safeguards, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. Specifically:

• Account and profile data is kept while your account remains active
• Deal and transaction data is retained for the duration of your subscription
• Communication logs are retained to maintain deal context and history
• Audit logs may be retained longer as required for compliance

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at support@clozee.ai. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
